RE3.org takes it on the road

Today we are out in the community again educating about recycling via the Project Learning Tree organization.

Everyone knows our waste goes "away" when we dispose or recycle it. But where is "away?" Today’s workshop gives attendees a hands-on look at "away."

We are touring the GDS Recycling Facility, the Catawba County landfill and the G&G Green Power Lumber Facility.
