I love this great mural that was painted on some New Zealand recycling station bins. Can’t say it isn’t attention grabbing.

Know who else is recycling? JC Penney and the post office! Penney's, as my mother-in-law calls it, has containers for recycling plastic bags. The downtown Raleigh PO has locked containers where customers can securely recycle unwanted mail.
