The commercials focused on the behaviors they hoped to change -- a series of hygienic actions such as washing hands, covering coughs and staying home when sick. They built the campaign around what does matter to people: Social norms. Four out of five people wash their hands after using the rest room. So the central character in this new campaign is the proverbial fifth guy, who deviates from the norm and suffers the social consequences. There are three PSA’s on YouTube but my favorite is the second one. The whole set has an “Office” TV show feel. I love them almost as much as I love the RE3.org commercials. What do you think?
