RE3.org is in the final stages of contracting for some 2009 athletic event sponsorships. We plan to conduct a recycling night at four Durham Bulls Minor League baseball games and one at the Kinston Indians Minor League baseball stadium. We will also participate in the SJG Greater N.C. Pro-Am basketball tournament at N.C. Central. We will be a sponsor of the National Bass Tour at Lake Norman and will hold two recycling nights at Charlotte Bobcats basketball games.
Put these dates on your calendar:
- Durham Bulls Minor League Baseball, Durham = Education Days (Wednesday, April 29, 2009 and Monday, June 1, 2009), Recycle Night (Saturday, May 16, 2009), Green Night (TBD) - Kinston Indians Minor League Baseball, Kinston = Friday, June 26, 2009
- SJG Greater Basketball N.C. Pro Am, Durham = July and August 2009 (Tuesday and Thursday evenings for six weeks leading up to a weekend-long championship event, 6PM-10PM each night)
- National Bass Fishing Tour, Lake Norman = November 12-November 15, 2009
- Charlotte Bobcats Basketball, Charlotte = April 3, 2009 and April 7, 2009
