-Doing a presentation about landfills? Download this Landfill Diagram Poster/Picture so you can show the plastic liners, leachate collection systems and methane operations at a landfill.
-Material recovery facilities that service N.C. are often coming online. Check out this map showing the different MRF’s in and around the state.
It’s still important to promote plastic bottle recycling even though the ban deadline has passed. So we have made some more resources for you.
-Which local governments in N.C. promote an “All Bottle” program?
-We are adding new plastic bottle case studies daily. Check out the convenience store and park and rec examples.
-We worked with the N.C. State college radio station to make some new plastic bottle recycling PSAs. Feel free to download and use them.
-Do you have citizens telling you about businesses in your area that are NOT recycling plastic bottles? If so, provide them with this flier that explains the law and requests that they comply.
